We have a library of over 400 games for you to play, and your hosts are real-life board game designers! Our place is truly one-of-a-kind with colorful themed rooms and custom art showcases. Only 40 minutes from Asheville, you can enjoy views of the Blue Ridge Mountains from our backyard and have fresh home-cooked breakfasts every morning. Come see what small-town mountain life is all about!
About the Inn
Our themed rooms celebrate nature and board games - two of our favorite things! Stay in a colorful two-bedroom suite with a private bathroom connecting both bedrooms, or choose your favorite room to spend the night in. Each room has a unique personality, custom art, a private table and chairs, and a selection of board games waiting to be played. Plus you can enjoy our game room and other secret spaces throughout the main floor of the house, with a library of over 400 board games to choose from!

Our Accommodations
The Tabletop Inn has four colorful bedrooms to enjoy, each with its own distinct personality. Choose your favorite one for an intimate stay, or bring your friends and family and fill up a two-bedroom suite!
The Mountain Room features a view of the Blue Ridge Mountains and a custom mural to match. It pairs perfectly with the game Parks!
The Garden Room calls cozy greenery to mind with a view of the yard and is the perfect place to settle in with a game of Castles of Burgundy!
The spacious Bird Room is a celebration of our feathered friends! We recommend playing a game of Wingspan and watching for songbirds.
The Herb Room calls sage and lavender to mind with its bold and colorful design, and is complimented by the game Herbaceous!

Let us surprise you each morning with a different homemade breakfast! Whether you have a sweet tooth or prefer the savory side of life, we have something to suit every appetite. Grace loves to bake fresh breads and pastries, and Mike is celebrated for his made-to-order crepes. We're happy to accommodate different dietary restrictions and look forward to cooking you something special!

We love playing board games, and we're happy to share our recommendations with you and introduce you to games you've never heard of but will love! Our library of games includes classics that you grew up playing as well as modern favorites and indie games that you will have a ton of fun discovering. Plus, you can play games designed by your hosts as well! The house is full of easter eggs to satisfy any tabletop gaming nerd, and fun surprises like interactive wall art and secret hidden games. There's no shortage of fun at the Tabletop Inn!
